6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.- 13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!
10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Andrew Lloyd Estates is a very small team managing more properties than they can realistically handle, and the service reflects that. Most of our enquiries took a very long time to resolve, and we constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. If you don’t chase them, nothing happens — which becomes very exhausting over time. Communication is inconsistent and often unclear. There were long delays, missed calls, unanswered emails, and instances where it felt like our enquiries were simply ignored. Even serious issues — like a roof leak — were repeatedly postponed and never properly fixed during our 1.5-year tenancy. Promises should be taken lightly, because you will need to remind them many times before anything is completed. The moving-out process was similarly slow and confusing, and we had to follow up multiple times to get our deposit processed. There were also moments that felt unprofessional, like sudden mentions of potential rent increases (which didn’t happen in the end) or staff going on long annual leave without any out-of-office message. On the positive side, the flat itself was great and served as our first home in the UK. If you find a property you love and it doesn’t require much maintenance, it might work for you. But overall, the customer service was very mediocre and left us feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the tenancy.

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

His knowledge of the area was first class, and he secured buyers for us very quickly, during a period of very low activity for house sales. Always contactable by phone or text, even called us from his holiday location a few times- and never a delay returning an enquiry. Would highly recommend.

20th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. Wendy was incredibly supportive before, during, and even after the purchase. She was always responsive, professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

12th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)My mother sold her house via Julian at James Hayward and we couldn't be more grateful to him and all of the team at James Hayward for the help provided during the experience. Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. He's who you want on your side during such a stressful time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. And thanks again for all the help!

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We used Chas Lowe 23 years ago to buy our current home. This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. Go straight to Chas Lowe. You will be glad that you did.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!
