After the first property we viewed wasn’t quite right for us, he moved quickly to understand what we were looking for and promptly lined up better options. He was responsive, proactive and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Really appreciated his efficiency and professionalism – would definitely recommend working with him.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. Absolute clown show, full marks to all involved.

Having had 2 sales fall through with another agent due to lack of following up after the sales were agreed we were pretty much at our wits end. However dealing with David Andrew has been a completely different experience. We very swiftly had 2 offers and once the offer was agreed Bethan and Todd stayed in close contact with everyone so that any potential problems were 'nipped in the bud'. An absolute breath of fresh air after out previous experiences, I could not recommend them more highly.

Sal is a particularly helpful agent, who goes the extra mile to find the best possible properties for the tenants he advices, and the best possible tenants for the landlords he is working for.
16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)As a resident of the building managed by this company and I am concerned about the security measures currently in place. Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldschmidt & Howland to anyone buying or selling and I would absolutely work with them again.
