It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

Vicky was always there at the end of the phone or she got back to us straight away. She went over and beyond her role of estate agent and for that Simon and I cannot thank her enough. 11th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I recently enquired about a property through Holmes Naden and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. After viewing 12 Magnolia Rise in Prestbury, I was asked to send over a detailed family profile for the landlord — which I did immediately — but I never received so much as an acknowledgment or a follow-up. Weeks later, I noticed the same property had been reduced in price, yet no one thought to contact us despite our clear readiness to commit to a long-term tenancy. For a company representing high-value homes, the communication and attention to genuine applicants was surprisingly poor. As a business owner myself, dealing daily with professional organisations and corporate clients, professionalism and courtesy are everything — and unfortunately, this experience lacked both.
