As we were living in Cardiff and could not easily travel back to Manchester for viewings, they went above and beyond by arranging and sending us a detailed video tour of the property. This made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us.<br><br>They were always available to answer our questions, kept us informed at every stage, and made what can often be a complicated process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>We are very grateful for all their support and would highly recommend Lucy and Murray to anyone looking to rent a property. 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Put my house on the market back in January with Edward Mellor (Hazel Grove) Chris came out to value our property and put it on the market, and Emma who helped market our property was both amazing. They sold our property on opening day for the full asking price. Zoe and Sue mortgage advisors was also 5*s , with there help and advice: But I would just like to say how disappointed we was we the after sale department after this. I got a call afew weeks later from a lady called Natalie Jenkins who said I’m your sale coordinator, and I will be looking after you through to completion. Well I just want to say how shocking the service was I received. I would call and she would never answer, it like she’d diverted my number, I would leave endless messages for her and she never returned my calls.(even the agent I was buying off struggled to reach her) Literally think I spoke with her twice in 6 months. I learnt more from my sale agent then I did from Edward Mellor.<br>Then the day we completed she was on the phone asking at what time the keys would be dropped in by! I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

Richard, Janet and Emily always responded extremely quickly, made every effort to accommodate our requests for viewings at particular times and were so well-informed about the properties-we viewed several- and took a genuine interest in what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard’s professional help and advice was invaluable. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed and were able to view our chosen property multiple times. On the day we moved in Janet and Emily met us at the house with the keys and Richard also checked that everything had gone well. We both felt that they go the extra mile to look after buyers and sellers from the initial enquiry to completion.<br>Emily and Janet ensured that we were fully informed throughout the process and provided help all with the house-buying admin.<br>As a family-run firm they were able to offer a much more personal approach to the whole process of house-buying and this was very much appreciated. I found them very good on communication regarding viewings and feedback and I would get a quick response or call back or email with any queries I had. They were also very helpful during the sale process when any problems arose.
