18th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I purchased a house from Shenley Estates and although selling and buying a house is far from a pleasant experience, Shenley Estates get the job done. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly the best experience in buying and selling a house you could possibly have<br><br>Neil and Peter were on it from the word go and ensured all transactions were completed very smoothly indeed<br><br>Their knowledge of the area is second to none and no stone went uncovered during the transactions<br><br>Using lawyers they recommended is imperative as they have great relationships with them and this ensures communication is good with agent, lawyer and buyers / sellers to ensure all know how to complete the transactions in a smooth and timely fashion<br><br>Well done to team village estates you were fantastic from start to finish

9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately we weren’t successful in selling the property but the team were punctual, friendly and reliable. We did come close to making a sale and the team were great in terms of updates and how the process was managed. The only improvement for me was that I never saw our flat promoted as a premium placement on Rightmove/Zoopla, and I would have liked to have receive the monthly performance reports (I work with data so this may be a me-preference rather than what most people want. I requested it once but it was never proactively offered)

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!

Mandy was fab from start to finish - always keeping us updated, happy to answer any questions we had & was on the ball with everything. 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Following a long standing rental lease Hobdays were quick into action to upgrade my Flat and find a new tenant. This required extensive planning, time sensitivity and much communication. Hobdays were always readily available and extremely personable in their approach to me. All the more important as I am located in Scotland.<br>The project was complex and needed day by day planning to ensure the property was was turned around in a timely fashion. All dates were completed to the day including the completion date and new tennant's moving in. I cannot speak highly enough of the thorough manner each of the lovely staff interacted with each other and myself in achieving this objective.<br>You Ladies and guys at( Hobdays) have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend anyone to engage them for all matters Rental & Real Estate.<br>Funny enough I purchased the property Hobday's in 1993....good friends for a long time now.
