I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

From the initial visit to the property being let out, everything went smoothly. Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion.<br>He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. 1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.

Having had used previously another well known high street agent, Mike was certainly a breath of fresh air during what is usually a stressful time. The marketing of our home was exceptional, viewings completed by Mike took the stress out of this for us, and our home sold with Mike continuously supporting us following, with the surveys, additional viewings and negotiations with our buyers.<br>The personalised approach and genuine care received from Mike was second to none from start to finish.<br>You will not be disappointed with Mike EweMove Stafford, I whole heartedly recommend him to everyone who may be considering selling their home.
