No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.<br>From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)What a refreshing experience! … I rented a flat with EHL for over a year. The whole team were wonderful from the moment I requested a viewing.. Communication was excellent too, and my requests were always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The property itself was great and only very minor issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Beth, Lauren and Sue who were always a pleasure to deal with. :)

Teresa and Saul are amazing they are a joy to interact with and have always resolved any issues that have arisen. Any maintenance that has been needed has been dealt with quickly and they are happy to help with any queries or concerns you have. I honestly can't recommend the staff I mentioned previously enough.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date.<br><br>A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout.<br><br>It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.
28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Claves have been brilliant I along with my mum where executors to my grandmas will and estate and I had inherited her property which unfortunately I had to end up coming to the decision of selling the property. My mum had read the great reviews online for claves and I must admit at first I was abit hesitant only because it’s a newer company compared to the longer running ones but I was wrong we had multiple letting agents come out before and I didn’t feel like they were a match for us or were valuing the property at a reasonable value it seemed they just wanted it sold as soon as possible however when warren came out from claves we knew instantly this was the company to go with he valued the property at the price we wanted and was confident it would be sold pretty quick and it was as we had an acceptable offer within two weeks of it going up for sale with claves we accepted this and the house has fully been sold and everything completed also the pictures were absolutely brilliant and Marcus was great being in a freezing cold empty property for visits and Lynne was brilliant keeping us always updated and arranging all the documents and everything needed between us and the buyers I really couldn’t recommend them more everyone was always so helpful I will be for sure using claves again in the future<br>Thank you so much to warren, Lynne and Marcus and everyone else at claves !

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
