It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Claire was so helpful and responsive, getting back to us with answers to our questions very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tempo, we were really impressed.

22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We travelled from Luton to view a property that was booked. On arrival we waited 10 minutes and no agent came. When we called they apologised and said someone should of called us but the house was no longer available. As you can imagine the cost wasted was annoying and the fact we have no evidence of a phone call is dishonest. We will be putting in a formal complaint as this is unacceptable

It was a difficult transaction due to issues outside of the Agents control yet they remained helpful and supportive throughout. A huge thankyou to Sarah and Jack who went above and beyond to keep communications open, pass on messages and provide information. Thankyou - Linda and Stefan.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

They made us feel totally at ease, we genuinely felt cared for and supported throughout the whole journey.<br>One thing that really stood out was that we never felt pressured whatsoever. At every stage, we were given honest advice, plenty of time to make decisions, and always felt that our best interests came first. That made such a difference and gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.<br>Selling a home can be very emotional and stressful but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was always professional, reassuring, incredibly kind and friendly, keeping us informed every step of the way.<br>The photographs and brochure were absolutely beautiful and captured our home perfectly. Their local knowledge and attention to detail were second to none.<br>Every single person in the office was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely to deal with. 5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
