After buying and selling multiple houses over the years, this has been the best service especially the manner in which Charlotte and Ben have dealt with everything. 8th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I had a great experience purchasing my home through Petty Real, and I would especially like to thank Ali Hamza for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, Ali was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. His communication was excellent, and he made sure to stay in touch with both the seller and the seller’s solicitor to keep everything moving smoothly. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ali’s guidance and dedication made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate the effort and support he provided every step of the way. I would highly recommend Petty Real and especially Ali Hamza to anyone looking to buy a property.
17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Far to many properties for sale, the agents knew nothing about our property how can you sell a something you know nothing about. They didn't manage to sell our property which wouldn't have been their fault, but you might be better just hosting your property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money

This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
15th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose John Pallister's because they are a local and well respected Estate agent, with great, in depth knowledge of the local property market. We had a piece of land for sale locally, and the sale turned into a long, protracted and complicated sale (15 months). Through the many twists and turns, Richard and his staff advised us, and kept us informed and always returned communications quickly right up to the completion of the sale. Great customer service. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this estate agency.

I would totally recommend the whole company, but especially Jack !!!

27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fantastic experience using Taylforths to sell my property. Completed in Jan 2026. Ruby was supportive throughout with excellent communication and a generally great service. Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.

James, John & Harry were amazing, they were always on hand whenever we needed anything. They made the process so smooth, we sold the house to the first person who viewed it, with 4 days of it being up, all thanks to the guys. We had the sale go through in less than 2 months, with the help of the them. Thank you !
