22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I’m in the second property rented from Regency and can’t state enough how great they have been. They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Im not best pleased with the way you have advertised a bungalow to rent on moorland road langho .it is not at all like pictures on your advert . The photos make it look really nice . I travelled from wrexham to langho to be greeted by a tree almost blocking the entrance and the state of the bungalow left a lot to be desired it was not as we were led to believe ready to move into ..the landlord was there fitting a carpet .he was a loverly man .<br>I think the way it was advertised was from photos years ago . And to my mind was false representation. To spend 3 hours travelling was a waste of my time had I k ow it wasn't ready for letting I wouldn't have viewed it and wasted my time .- 2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I put my House for sale with Keenans , It’s sold within six weeks They always kept in touch with me, ie emails phone calls would recommend this company to anybody x Olivia miannah Harry x brilliant x

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .
30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)?Extremely poor management. Currently withholding my full month's rent without authorization to 'offset' a maintenance bill. They ignored direct written instructions to keep rent and maintenance separate and attempted to charge for work before it was even completed (which they only admitted today). They are now claiming I owe them money despite holding my full rent. Communication has been evasive. Matter now referred to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards UPDATE 30/04/26: Following a formal deadline and this public review, the agency has now released my rent in full. I have settled the maintenance invoice separately as originally requested. While the financial matter is now resolved, it should not have required a legal threat and a public complaint to receive my own rental income.

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
