They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

Living over in Poland, I was a bit nervous about how things would go, but regular updates and friendly advice really put my mind at ease.<br>It meant a lot to be kept informed every step of the way, especially since this was my first time selling a house in England. I truly appreciated your patience in explaining all the details and making sure I understood what was happening.<br>Thanks for being so professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish.<br>We viewed the house a couple of times before making our offer and then twice again afterwards, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings.<br><br>Buying a house is never without its challenges, but the team were supportive throughout which made a massive difference. We arrived at their office at 4pm on one of the hottest days of the year to collect the keys, and they made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate in our new home!!<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Keenans for helping us with our move. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Thank you everyone at Wainwright's ??????

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Our meeting gave me great confidence that they truly understood my needs and the property market.

We switched our listing from another agent and wish we'd gone with Keenans from the start. The team listened to us, acted as we'd requested and it felt very much like they had the best intention for us in mind, and were on our side.<br><br>Our purchase process became quite complicated and drawn out, however, Harry was superb. Patient and understanding, helpful and a phenomenal representative for the business.<br><br>Many thanks to everyone involved with us.<br><br>I would strongly recommend Keenans for anyone looking for a service that cares!

Having not lived in the area in 8 years it was very helpful to have someone be so attentive and kind in the very stressful time of finding a place to live.
