22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Our chain looked straight forward on paper but we had so many unnecessary issues up and down the chain which caused us so much stress and confusion. One of the only reliable professionals we had was Heidi. She was the agent for the house we were purchasing and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help keep the chain moving and get us some answers to what was going on. If we ever move again we would probably use Simon Blyth.
6th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very happy with the service provided. They did what they said, on time and explained what the next steps would be. No gimmicks or overpromising! They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.
4th May 2026 (4 days ago)Hi have booked a viewing with this agency three time with same property and they never showed up. When we try to call them they never answer the call even. I am very disappointed and frustrated. If you can’t manage the appointment then you should not run the company and should not waste other people’s time. Its really shame on your company

They went above and beyond to get the viewers in to look at the property and tried their best to advertise the house in the best way possible. Finally we have a buyer and its thanks to David and Freddie. Trust, honesty and straight talking is what you want and its what we got with them so thank you both again.

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

9th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I simply find Ornella and her service exceptional and I cannot praise her enough. Having previously had my property on the market for a long period with 2 other largely recognised estate agents, Ornella provided what was disappointingly lacking from the others, which simply put was a sense of personal care & responsibility. As soon as I met Ornella, it became clear that her personality, and passion for my property were going to be the pivotal change that I needed in order to achieve a sale. She shared my passion and agreed with what I thought my home was worth, without me mentioning any figures, which was refreshing that we marketed on what the home was worth and not just looking for a quick easy sale (this sounds obvious, but having had previous with other estate agents, this is not always the case, especially if a buyer is not found quick!) I had a lot of concerns as I had gone through the disappointment of this process twice before and she delivered on her promise and more that she was going to do everything she could to sell my property. Sure enough after 1 week, a buyer was found! However, it’s not just the help of finding a buyer with Ornella, it’s the constant care (and even after-care) that she provides throughout the whole process, it was refreshing to have someone just as passionate and keen as myself to progress the sale along. House sales can be stressful enough, but having someone who can be direct, honest, kind and super helpful by being their for you every step of the way and being a constant source of communication with regular and helpful updates is critical! I would highly recommend anyone to use Ornella and don’t make the same, naive mistake I made and waste time by using another Estate agent, just because they might be well known! Thank you Ornella!
