Throughout the whole process they were incredibly helpful, always available and great at working with other parties to push the chain along. The price from the service provided felt very reasonable.<br><br>We had very challenging buyers who messed about until the last minute, Jemma and the team did a great job working with the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and really worked together to save the day.<br><br>Not sure I would have had this level of support and dedication from other estate agents. I would recommend them.

They remained involved from beginning to end, regularly chasing for updates and helping to make everything move more quickly and smoothly. Their communication and support made the experience much less stressful.<br><br>They also made completion feel extra special by giving me a lovely gift box, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend Dinsdales Estates to anyone buying or selling a property.

Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. They handle everything professionally and thoughtfully, which gives me complete peace of mind.<br>If you’re selling a property in Halifax or need a reliable team to manage your rentals, Redwoods are the ones to go to. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
