It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.
28th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

8th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)We were happy to use Townend Estate Agents from initial valuation appointment. They were quick at getting our property on the market and the photos were excellent. They communicated well and booked viewings that worked for ourselves and the prospective buyers. We had a sale subject to contract within a week of listing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pro active agent for their property sale.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)I ring them to book a appointment for viewing agents took an hour to ask me thousands of my details later he is saying viewing appointments not available.if i ask him i need to book a appointment for that street property he can check and say available or not why they asking so many details first. Time wasters only.

11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
