From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>Communication from Rob, Ed and Cathy was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date and supported whenever I had a question or concern. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting the best possible outcome.<br><br>What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It made such a difference having an estate agent I could genuinely rely on and trust, especially following bad experiences from other estate agents in the area!<br><br>I would highly recommend Hillier Wilson to anyone. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Simon & Co enough. From the first viewing Simon was approachable, helpful, upfront and informative. This continued throughout the whole process, and as a first time buyer, i honestly think they made all the difference. From accommodating extra viewings to stepping in to help move the process along where needed and answering any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure all ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve always had somewhat negative perceptions regarding estate agents, but this has completely changed since my experience with Simon & Co. They are a really genuine, friendly team who are great at what they do.

Whilst the sale turned out to be more challenging than expected, friendly advice and support from Jack, Hettie, Emma and Charlie helped keep things moving. It was very reassuring knowing I had such an approachable, knowledgeable and committed team on my side. A big thank you and highly recommended.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)I first contacted Greys in Upton to do a valuation for probate. They were very knowledgeable about the state of the housing market and how easy it would be to sell the property. Once instructed they found a buyer immediately, although the sale collapsed they were very quick to market the property in arranging several viewings which resulted in a sensible offer which proceeded to a completed sale. Throughout the process the staff at Greys were helpful and professional, especially Joe, who has the patience of a saint! I would definitely recommend Greys in Upton to anyone looking for an agent who understands the market and who will give good and honest advice. Great service.

It wasn’t a straightforward process, as it rarely is, but Ben’s communication was fantastic, and he was always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>I’d definitely recommend speaking to Ben if you want to minimise the stress of an inherently stressful process!<br><br>Thanks, Ben!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)There is a fine line between putting the 'professional' in the estate agents role, and slipping into the one of pushy prying 'pseudo social worker'. The staff member we dealt with fits into the latter category. Whilst the manager of the branch the former.<br>Thereby, making their 'in house' politics impossible for us to withstand.The only option was to walk away. We'd done everything they requested even if it was heavy handed. In the end we'd supplied ID. twice: online and in person as they were insistent on matching our faces to the passports.Never heard of that being necessary before in this scenario, but we did it, even though we are locals and known to them in an 'out-n about' capacity. Insensitively handled.

It was lovely to feel valued and to receive that individual attention.<br><br>I really appreciated the care and effort from Chris & Paula, and I’m delighted with my experience. A big thank you to them both for making it such a positive move. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in Poole.
1st Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

They were professional, proactive, supportive and incredibly persistent in keeping everything moving. Their hard work and cool heads made a real difference, and I would highly recommend!
