Matthew, was always on hand to talk about the progress and he also kept in close contact with the agents we were selling with and our solicitors. Even towards the end when we had to revisit completion dates, Matthew kept everyone informed and was proactive in getting the best outcome.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way. Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough. Joshua Lewis is the Countrywide mortgage advisor currently residing in the Canford Heath Palmer Snell branch. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or enthusiastic advisor. If you have any doubts at all, he is absolutely worth every penny. We have always been greeted with a smile and warm voice at the end of the phone (no matter annoying we (me) may have got). Simon exhibited excellent local knowledge and prepared a professional marketing package that accurately reflected the property. Sol, his business partner was diligent showing prospective purchasers the property. His feedback following each visit was first class. Overall, I was very impressed with the perseverance of the team at Simon and Co. A friendly and professional organisation that is thoroughly recommended.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We originally bought our house through Meyers back in 2022 and we were so impressed we knew we had to go straight back to Meyers when we decided it was time to sell earlier this year! The support and communication from the whole team during the entire process was exceptional - a special shoutout for Emily who fully supported me through the entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. I highly recommend the whole team at Meyers - their knowledge and support is unbeatable!
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

From start to finish they provided an outstanding service and made what could have been a very stressful move feel so much easier.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, honest and always kept us updated throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions, chase things up and offer reassurance whenever we needed it.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, and it genuinely felt like they cared about getting us into our new home rather than just completing a sale. They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
