Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout.<br>I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree.<br>If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. 7th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!

30th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

25th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

4th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Have found this letting agent to be helpful and very knowledgable when helping us navigate through the legislation and rules that need to be followed when letting out a property. The office always return my call and are happy and courteous. Everything is just nice and easy. Steph keeps it all ticking along nicely and I’m really happy to be using them. Highly recommend when needing property rented or sold in or around Wimborne.
20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. They were proactive in dealing with any issues that arose and helped keep the whole chain moving. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Jack and George to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you both for helping us move into our new home!
