After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Avenue Estates, and especially Savas, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help!

Matthew, was always on hand to talk about the progress and he also kept in close contact with the agents we were selling with and our solicitors. Even towards the end when we had to revisit completion dates, Matthew kept everyone informed and was proactive in getting the best outcome.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!

They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. The support and communication from the whole team during the entire process was exceptional - a special shoutout for Emily who fully supported me through the entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. I highly recommend the whole team at Meyers - their knowledge and support is unbeatable!

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
