Throughout what has been a challenging tenancy situation for our family, Isabella has been incredibly efficient, supportive, caring and helpful.<br><br>She has gone above and beyond to make the process of changing the tenancy as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Her communication has been excellent, she has been incredibly understanding, and she has always approached everything with professionalism and kindness.<br><br>It has made such a difference having someone so responsive and supportive helping us through the process. Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

James was thorough and knowledgeable at the valuation, and I was pleased with the listing and photos.<br><br>Communication was great throughout, with Harry, Aiden and the whole team very responsive and regularly checking in. We achieved a good price, and I was very happy with the service from beginning to end.

17th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

A special mention to Aaron, who looked after us from the very beginning right through to exchanging contracts. He was always helpful and made the whole process feel much easier. We’d definitely recommend James and James to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly estate agent.

27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.<br>I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.<br>I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.<br>The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.<br>I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.<br>Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.<br><br>I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.

It has been so nice to work with such down-to-earth estate agents who supported us throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home.<br><br>Viewings were always arranged in bulk bookings, which made everything much easier to manage. The team explained everything in simple terms, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>I would highly recommend Pear to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Now we just have the small matter of moving :) Thank you all for your hard work and support.

I always receive excellent customer service and speak to nice, polite and helpful people. I can’t praise Adam Mcilwaine highly enough, he is different class. The service I always receive from him is brilliant. He always has time for you and nothing is too much trouble. Thank-you.

And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency. WELL DONE, House sold.
