17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I would like to say a big thank you to Jordan Cassell for all his support throughout my house purchase. Despite a very stressful and uncertain situation due to delays on the seller’s side, Jordan has been brilliant from start to finish. As my mortgage adviser, he went above and beyond his role to help coordinate communication across different parties. Due to some communication challenges with another branch, he kindly stepped in and helped keep everything on track, which I really appreciated. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure everything was aligned, which gave me a lot of reassurance. He has been assisting communication between myself, my solicitor, and the seller’s side, always responding promptly and clearly. I really value that he never over-promised, but gave honest and realistic updates, which made a big difference during such an anxious time. While waiting for contract exchange and managing my moving arrangements, Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. His calm approach helped me stay grounded. No matter the final outcome, I truly appreciate all his effort. He is reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Christina and Sally were fantastic throughout our move. They were always available for advice and help. What was really great though, was they keeping us informed whilst proactively chasing up our sizeable chain which had some very slow moving and non-communicative parties so knowing that Christina and Sally were keeping tabs on everything and actively trying to move us forwards was as great relief and definitely kept us sane. Trustworthy and helpful, would definitely recommend

We not only sold our house through them at full asking price in around 2 weeks, they were also able to recommend a property on their books to us that was exactly what we were looking for. At every stage of the process we have been kept up to date, had things clearly explained and felt like everything was under control. From having our home valued with Liam, through to having viewings with Seamus and to the move management side with Emily we have been really impressed and grateful for the service provided. 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Maisie and Mollie at Allen & Harris highly enough. Moving can be such a stressful process, but they both made everything feel so much easier from beginning to end. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who genuinely has the patience of a saint. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things like this. I was constantly calling, emailing and asking all sorts of questions but she handled me perfectly every single time. She was always calm, reassuring, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Both Maisie and Mollie were always friendly, approachable and happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They kept me updated throughout, answered everything quickly, and made sure I always knew what was going on. What really stood out was how caring and supportive they both were. It never felt like I was just another client, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me. Their professionalism, patience and communication were excellent, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you both for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Maisie and Mollie to anyone looking for estate agents who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely people to deal with.

Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.- 26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Katie was super efficient and helpful throughout the whole process with quick responses to any queries I had. 29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)For the most part our experience of Boardwalk was incredibly positive. Our estate agent Ester was 5 stars and genuinely was the best we've ever worked with after spending a prolonged period of buying and selling properties over the past few years with several estate agents from various companies. Ester's communication is above and beyond and I genuinely doubt you'll find a better estate agent. From her alone the premium you pay for Boardwalk is worth it. The reason however I am giving Boardwalk 4 stars is due to the sales progression side of the business. The communication was not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Slow and at times unattentive comms with moments where you had to chase to get a response. Their online portal Property File is ok however our sales progressor either would update the sales progression steps late after they had happened or nor at all for both myself and our buyer. My property has sold and the sale completed and however on their portal it is still showing as the contract having not been signed yet. It's a confusing and destabilising time selling a property especially if you're unsure at what stage of the process you're at. Having the ability to see step by step where you and your buyer are in the process is in theory extremely useful however if, like in our case, it isn't used and that attention to detail just isn't there then what is the point of having it? If anything it adds to the anxiety of feeling in limbo which you naturally feel when selling/purchasing. So on this side of things the comms needs to be upped, which from reading other reviews, seems to be a common theme. It is a shame as this let down the otherwise flawless start of our Boardwalk experience that we had with Ester. In short great selling, weaker sales progression customer journey.

He was incredibly positive about my property, particularly the recent renovations. Although my initial asking price was high, James was happy to give it a go and the professional photos and video marketing were outstanding. When I became concerned about the timeline and price, James provided honest, expert advice to adjust the listing. We found a buyer shortly after, leading to a successful completion in mid-April. The entire team was professional, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended!

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I stayed ay the Coombe Lodge Gatehouse for two nights. It's a lovely single bed apartment with kitchen and sitting room as well as the expected bedroom and bathroom. It was quiet despite being close to the road. It was perfect for the event I attended at Coombe Lodge, just a short walk away. I highly recommend.
