Stacey was amazing - professional yet very friendly - she absolutely made the sale. Then Lily who handled the admin - chasing the solicitors and keeping everyone updated was also amazing. I highly recommend Eveleighs to anyone thinking of selling!

From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.
4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.- 1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have just sold my property through Davies and Way - Keynsham branch and I was extremely happy with the level of service that I received. I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

They provided clear guidance throughout the entire process and kept me updated at every stage, making everything smooth and completely stress-free. 16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Helpful and readily available to communicate by email, online platform is useful for overview of viewings / selling process. Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)
21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I visited a property through Taylors and Theo was the agent. Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions. It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing. Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with. 5 stars from me ????????????

She was so kind, calm, patient and welcoming - making us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. She took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel like any question was too small or silly. Her welcome and genuine warmth meant we were able to truly relax and thoroughly enjoy viewing what is now our first home.<br><br>Throughout the purchase process, Lisa was our main point of contract and we honestly cannot thank her enough! Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
