19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.
19th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

The professional photography showcased the property beautifully, and the communication, support, and positive attitude from everyone involved were exceptional throughout.<br><br>The team was always friendly, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way, making the whole experience a pleasure. A special thank you to Tommy, Harry, Bethan, and Stephanie, as well as the rest of the team, for their hard work and support.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harris & Birt to anyone looking to sell their home and would happily use their services again in the future.

I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Answered all our questions in a timely manner and amazing communication from the beginning.<br><br>As first time buyers having clear communication throughout the whole process was incredible. A special mention to Dave who was on call before, on and even after completion day. A incredible company with people who really care about the clients and the buyers alike. Thank you for everything!
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)What can we say about Brunee… she was fantastic every step of the way! When we first met her we could tell how knowledgeable she was. She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!! Brunee was always professional, organised and showed potential buyers around with confidence.. always knowing the answers to their queries without even having to ask us, That showed her interest and knowledge of our property! Will always highly recommend Brunee to anyone looking to sell! We had a total 5 star experience making the process of us finding our dream forever home much much easier!! Thank you Brunee!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

17th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
