Victoria has been fantastic throughout – approachable, reassuring, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping both sides find a solution and keeping the sale moving forward.<br><br>When our survey and subsequent specialist investigations uncovered some significant unexpected work, Victoria was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our concerns, understood our position immediately and handled what could have been a really difficult negotiation incredibly professionally. She communicated with the seller on our behalf and helped us reach an outcome that we genuinely feel is fair for everyone.<br><br>What has impressed us most is that we've never felt like we're simply another transaction. Victoria genuinely seems to care about getting people moved and making what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>She's friendly, honest, down-to-earth and extremely good at what she does. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.

They keep me informed, provide clear inspection reports, give me confidence that the property is being properly looked after, and help ensure I get value for money by working with effective yet competitive contractors.<br><br>Highly recommended.

From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever come to sell in the future, I know where I’ll be coming. Thanks to all the team!

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I have rented with moscrops for over 14 years and Honestly can’t fault them at all. The staff are all lovely and have helped me with any issues Iv had over the years their more like friends than an estate agents I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Ben is excellent at assessing the house and bringing the transaction together.<br>Liz is an excellent progressor who does exactly what the job title suggests - and very efficiently.<br>The photographs on Rightmove were of the highest standard.<br>To top it all off Hewitt Adams gave this service for a price much lower than some of the competitors. We couldn't be happier and I'd happily recommend them to everybody.<br>Must add that I am a Mortgaged Broker and have been for decades. I've seen what good and bad service looks like in our business. Ben and his team offer the highest quality service you could wish for.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
