6th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.
13th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Superb in every regard. Professional from start to finish.<br>No sales patter, just the business-like service you would hope to receive when selling your house. Ben is excellent at assessing the house and bringing the transaction together.<br>Liz is an excellent progressor who does exactly what the job title suggests - and very efficiently.<br>The photographs on Rightmove were of the highest standard.<br>To top it all off Hewitt Adams gave this service for a price much lower than some of the competitors. We couldn't be happier and I'd happily recommend them to everybody.<br>Must add that I am a Mortgaged Broker and have been for decades. I've seen what good and bad service looks like in our business. Ben and his team offer the highest quality service you could wish for.
13th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .

2nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)

18th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
