From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I live 250 miles away, so we were fully reliant on them to manage the process. Everything they did was clear, logical and prompt. The house was sold within a week and the sale completed without incident. My regular contact was Jake Hellon, who was great to deal with. Overall I was really impressed and would recommend Lesley Hooks without hesitation.

- 30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

She was very polite and quick to respond to a number of questions we had even after we had moved in and needed some info from the previous owners.
