The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. From start to finish his knowledge of the market and the process meant we were always informed and up to speed with what was happening. Steve went over and above always updating us, quite often ahead of our solicitors. Having him manage the sale gave us real peace of mind and we will most definitely be using Steve again and would recommend him and Lawlors to anyone looking to sell their home.
26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Absolutely outstanding service over the last 15 years! I have bought, sold, and let properties through Abode, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Lee and Richard have been brilliant in every way, providing incredible support whether I was buying or selling. Over the years, they have become more like friends than people I just do business with. There are plenty of cowboy estate agencies in Woodford. In fact, if you go just across the road from Abode and up the green, you’ll find a certain 'Bent Nose' outfit that are unprofessional and treated my property purchase a couple of years earlier like a joke. If you want honest, straight forward and professional estate agents you can truly trust, look no further than Abode

From the moment I walked through the door with just an initial enquiry to the completion of our house sale, Ross and the team were amazing. They were there every step of the way, explaining everything in layman’s terms for us. They kept in constant communication with us and gave us updates at throughout the whole process. We needed a quick sale at a great sale price. Kings delivered just that.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Recently agreed purchase of a property marketed by Woodbury. After experiencing many selling agents during our search, I must say this was among the most impressive. I can't begin to say how many times we got noone picking up the phone, no response to messages, whether by email or phone, even with multiple follow ups. Woodbury was different.<br><br>Even though no-one from the sales team was available when we called, the lady who worked in lettings was able to indicate a likely slot for a viewing. I then actually got a callback when promised! After the viewing there was good follow up, and excellent communication on the response to our offer as both our and the seller's positions evolved.<br><br>Overall great buying experience!
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.
