The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. Engaged to sell my late father's home in what was a very difficult market, Peter, Peter and Joe never lost their enthusiasm for my dad's home (or their patience, or their sense of humour!) The whole team were professional, diligent, communicative and super friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

From start to finish his knowledge of the market and the process meant we were always informed and up to speed with what was happening. Steve went over and above always updating us, quite often ahead of our solicitors. Having him manage the sale gave us real peace of mind and we will most definitely be using Steve again and would recommend him and Lawlors to anyone looking to sell their home.

From the moment I walked through the door with just an initial enquiry to the completion of our house sale, Ross and the team were amazing. They were there every step of the way, explaining everything in layman’s terms for us. They kept in constant communication with us and gave us updates at throughout the whole process. We needed a quick sale at a great sale price. Kings delivered just that.
26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Recently agreed purchase of a property marketed by Woodbury. After experiencing many selling agents during our search, I must say this was among the most impressive. I can't begin to say how many times we got noone picking up the phone, no response to messages, whether by email or phone, even with multiple follow ups. Woodbury was different.<br><br>Even though no-one from the sales team was available when we called, the lady who worked in lettings was able to indicate a likely slot for a viewing. I then actually got a callback when promised! After the viewing there was good follow up, and excellent communication on the response to our offer as both our and the seller's positions evolved.<br><br>Overall great buying experience!

Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)After 10 months on the market with another agent in Grays, I genuinely thought my house was never going to sell.<br><br>In all that time I only had 5 viewings and no offers. I hardly ever heard from the agent unless I chased them, and I was getting more and more frustrated as the months went by.<br><br>I had a leaflet through the door from Carter Remy offering a free valuation and, to be honest, I nearly binned it. I’m glad I didn’t.<br><br>They came round, had a look round the house and explained what they would do differently. There were no big promises, just a clear plan, so I decided to take a chance and switch agents.<br><br>Within the first week they had arranged an open day. I remember sitting there watching people arrive on my Ring doorbell and thinking “where was all this interest for the last 10 months?” There were 12 viewings in one day.<br><br>A few days later Craig called me and said they had 3 offers on the table, all at or above my asking price. I actually had tears in my eyes. It probably sounds silly, but I’ve had a really tough couple of years personally and the thought that I was finally going to be able to move and start the next chapter was overwhelming.<br><br>The sale itself wasn’t completely stress free, but that’s not Carter Remy’s fault. As with most house moves there were delays and solicitor issues along the way. Every time something needed chasing though, Anne-Marie and Allison were on it. They always came back to me, kept me updated and never left me wondering what was going on.<br><br>I completed 5 days ago and looking back, switching to Carter Remy was the best decision I made. They got me more viewings in a week than my previous agent managed in 10 months, found me a buyer almost immediately and helped get the sale over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank Craig, Anne-Marie, John, Allison and the rest of the team enough. They didn’t just sell my house, they restored my faith that there are estate agents out there who genuinely care about their clients.

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.
