Martin was courteous, respectful, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. He is a consummate professional—thorough, meticulous, and highly knowledgeable about the current market. Throughout the entire sale process, Martin kept me fully informed, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. His communication and dedication made the experience smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Martin and Stevenette Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.
From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.
Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

3rd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Have known Paul & Ray for years and seen the business grow but they have kept that family feel which is rare in this industry. Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)We’re absolutely delighted with Wright & Co. After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.

Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.

He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. 8th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Very proficient. Under offer in 8 weeks
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Living out of the Harlow area we needed to be assured that Fortune and Coates would give us a good around service utilising their knowledge of the Harlow market, which they did.
31st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Working through Leaders to sell our house in the UK has been a very positive experience even though stressfull. Living in Canada we totally relied on our real estate agents to take us through the process and provide us with trustworthy advice. All staff we interacted with have been very helpful and we found that Rachel Betts went above and beyond to facilitate the work for us and ensure a successful sale of our house. Many thanks to all involved!
Peter Cuffaro Estate Agents - Hertfordshire
19 High Street, Stanstead Abbotts, Herts, SG12 8AA(92 reviews)
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)A quick message in support of Peter Cuffaro and his team. I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.
27th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great agency. They take really good pics and also put an AI version of what the place may look like if decorated which really boost the sale. Really fast at communicating and fast at selling. So far I only had a positive experience with them
17th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Very good
