From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage—honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration.<br><br>I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.<br><br>Amber is not only professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. I truly appreciated her attitude, understanding and the way she handled the situation.<br><br>I would also like to thank James Stevens and the wider team for all their help and support. James personally dealt with many aspects of the repairs and managed the process throughout. Syede was amazing from the first point of contact, his replies were fast and he was even able to come to value the house as quick as the next day.<br><br>He was very informative, easy to speak to and clearly showed his experience and knowledge in the field through his professionlism and the manner in which he helped myself and my family.<br><br>I highly RECOMMEND this company. 29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)My experience with Danny Fisher and Fisher Estates has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, with emails often ignored for weeks. On one occasion I had six emails unanswered, and as I write this my latest email has been ignored for over 6 weeks.<br><br>I paid for a full management service but received very little management. Over more than two years I received only one inventory report. On another occasion I was sent the inventory report for an entirely different property, and despite raising this, I never received the correct report. I also received no regular inspection photos, videos or property updates.<br><br>I remain £300 out of pocket following a cleaning deduction that still hasn’t been properly explained or supported with invoices, despite repeated requests.<br><br>After exhausting the company’s complaints process, I have now referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman. This review reflects my own experience.
