From the moment of contact, Danny was reassuring, supportive and confident that he would help us secure a buyer for our property which he did quickly. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. Finally we were especially impressed with their comms, always to the point and timely. Overall they set a high, reassuring standard.

While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing

She kept in regular contact every step of the way, providing frequent updates and always taking the time to reassure us with phone calls and emails.<br><br>Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the Lomond rental/management company, and there were multiple occasions where it seemed like we were going to lose the property altogether. Despite all the setbacks, Nicole never stopped fighting our corner. She went above and beyond, chasing every avenue possible and doing everything she could to ensure we secured the property we’d been waiting for all along.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Nicole was patient, persistent, professional and incredibly thorough. If it wasn’t for her determination, we genuinely believe we would have been left without a home, with our current rental property now sold and the buyers due to exchange and complete within the week.<br><br>Although the process itself was far from straightforward, Nicole made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. She is a real credit to the company.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. Sally, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make a recent very tricky and complex transaction successful. She has been so supportive during a long and frustrating time and helped to keep us informed and updated on progress. You will not be disappointed in their service and advice.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it .
