She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I bought my house in Wivenhoe through Elms Price and had such a good experience with them.<br><br>Jamie was a breath of fresh air after dealing with estate agents in London. He was really proactive and always kept me updated, but was never pushy. When it came to exchange and completion, which was definitely the most stressful part, he was there the whole way and I always felt like I could pick up the phone and ask what was going on.<br><br>Jamie was away on the actual day of completion so Cheryl took over, and she was fantastic too. We discovered there was a gas leak at the property, not exactly the start I was hoping for in my new home! Cheryl was so helpful. She contacted the seller’s solicitor and arranged for a gas engineer they use to come out and sort it for me.<br><br>I really felt supported by them throughout the whole process, including after I’d actually completed, which says a lot. 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to share my recent experience with Lamb & Co following the completion of my first home purchase.<br><br>From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.<br><br>Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

We had switched from another agent where progress had stalled, but Ben Walsham turned things around immediately. He brought through serious, qualified viewers, and within a handful of viewings, a solid offer was negotiated and agreed. Ben went above and beyond from day one.<br>?Once under offer, Maddie in sales progression was an absolute lifesaver. Conveyancing threw up plenty of complications, but Maddie was proactive, tenacious with the solicitors, and kept us fully in the loop so we never had to chase.<br>?We completed today and couldn't be more grateful to Ben, Maddie, and the entire team. They are genuinely setting the standard for the estate agency industry.
