We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

He made the whole experience really great because he was transparent and realistic about both my position and what would suit my budget. He didn’t try to sell or convince me to into anything that wasn’t aligned with me. He understood that I was in a difficult position and he showed me empathy and kind regard. He also recommended his colleagues in the Dover branch to take me to the next stage of my search and I spoke to Colton who also went out of his way to meet my budget and living needs. Overall extremely positive experience and I’m confident I’ll find the perfect home with their help,

At the end, we had chocolate ready for her because I chased her to chase the seller solicitor. She didn't have to entertain me whatsoever, but her work is definitely appreciated by us. 27th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
