We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
