21st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".
7th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We have just signed a new lease in Swettenham. From initial viewing to final signature, Fisher German staff were very keen to make the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. Special mention to Helen Thomas who was brilliant! Thank you!

22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.

The difference with her is she’s honest in her appraisals, she’s professional in every aspect, she knows the market, communicates constantly, keeping you completely up to date with relevant information, she clearly cares passionately about delivering an outstanding customer experience. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From start to finish they kept me updated, were always easy to get hold of, and made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Towards the end of the sale, when things became particularly pressured, they were in constant contact, reassuring me and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>Karl and Rachel are both genuinely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, communication and support made such a difference, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work – I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my move over the finish line.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Very dissapointed with Leaders Estate<br>agents in Crewe.<br>Viewed a property, made an offer. Offer was accepted then I was informed I had to pay a £96.00. Fee for a credit check on myself<br>(Not told about this until the offer was accepted so much for no hidden extras.)<br>Had a phone call today to say the vendor had pulled out of the sale, I feel I have been ripped off as they will not refund the fee I have paid, has anyone else had a similar experience. I am considering taking this through the small claims court so any other thoughts would be appreciated- 12th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)It took me to complain about the lack of communication and activity.

Given the fact that I no longer live in the area, I was very grateful for the support I received. 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation- 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)How estate agents should be. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

In our experience, many estate agents have initially offered a high level of service for a not inconsiderable fee, but then failed to deliver. This has certainly not been our experience with Lawrenson Ball. They have provided us with a personal level of service which has been second to none. They have been available to offer helpful advice and support at all times of the day and week, especially during the stressful times. Their experience has been invaluable during the negotiation of our house sale right through to exchange of contracts and final completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Lawrenson Ball and cannot praise them more highly.
