No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

They provided good information about the local area during viewings, were good to communicate with and helped move the whole chain along.
21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Didnt take detailed information about my property and agents were showing people round when they hadnt viewed the property themselves. Gave incorrect information to prospective buyers and didnt actively try to sell the property. Disappointing waste of 12 weeks.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

They have also just provided an equally brilliant service in selling my property, offering advice and assistance all the way through the process. Both Lawrence and Josh have been extremely helpful and prompt with all responses to any queries or questions. I can highly recommend Dwells, and will happily use them again if needed.

Initially we listened to Tom somewhat tongue in cheek due to our previous experience however, from the minute Tom talked the talk, he & CW walked the talk. Their communication, commitment & focus on us was exceptional. My wife & I spent many years in very senior sales positions, we knew what we wanted by our own standards & CW exceeded these. CW delivered on every level; can't praise them enough & we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this company. Thanks to all at CW, incredible experience.
