28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)After spending 4 months with another Agent that had no viewings and no enquiries, we moved the property to Williams and it was sold within two weeks.
22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.

The difference with her is she’s honest in her appraisals, she’s professional in every aspect, she knows the market, communicates constantly, keeping you completely up to date with relevant information, she clearly cares passionately about delivering an outstanding customer experience. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From start to finish they kept me updated, were always easy to get hold of, and made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Towards the end of the sale, when things became particularly pressured, they were in constant contact, reassuring me and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>Karl and Rachel are both genuinely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, communication and support made such a difference, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work – I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my move over the finish line.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Unfortunately, our accepted offer fell through because our buyer lost their own buyer. In our experience, many estate agents have initially offered a high level of service for a not inconsiderable fee, but then failed to deliver. This has certainly not been our experience with Lawrenson Ball. They have provided us with a personal level of service which has been second to none. They have been available to offer helpful advice and support at all times of the day and week, especially during the stressful times. Their experience has been invaluable during the negotiation of our house sale right through to exchange of contracts and final completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Lawrenson Ball and cannot praise them more highly.
