22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. It's made the stress of moving house, that bit easier!

She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.<br><br>She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information. It really meant a lot to us how empathetic she was when our original sale fell through. Townbridge what a team.<br><br>Indulge me but Imagine sitting in your living room with your house freshly renovated, and your other half finds a 120 year old house on RightMove she fancies.<br><br>Not even on the market we viewed the property during its first open day. With lots of interest during the day we didn’t think we stood a chance. Most of the others interested were on the market already.<br><br>A long shot but we called Ian from Townbridge and explained our situation, he was up for the challenge! The Townbridge team created the perfect write up, complete with an awesome photo shoot and we were on the market. Several viewings, followed by an offer and we’d done it, we’d beaten the rest.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt well looked after and kept informed, (April must have been fed up with my calls but she was cracking!) The whole purchase went very smoothly, and that was largely thanks to the support we received. Thank you to everyone involved for making selling and buying our home such a positive experience!

Given the fact that I no longer live in the area, I was very grateful for the support I received. Darcy valued our house at the value that we expected it to be and we agreed to listing this with Hinchliffe. The team worked fast to put the house on the market, with fantastic photos and in less than a week, Harry had the house sold. Couldn’t be happier, just waiting for the whole process to complete for all parties. We are buying through Hinchliffe too, so it’s a nice and simple process for everyone.

Rob came out to do the valuation and photographs- he was professional, efficient, informative and very considerate of my sleeping newborn.<br>Communication was great throughout, even when I would message in the group on the weekends! Could not recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future, especially as the house sold in less than a month! Thanks again :)

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
