22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Stephenson Browne have been fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, approachable, realistic and fair. We are grateful for their guidance, especially from Belle and Alison. James' photographs were fantastic and really showed the house in a realistic but great light. Thank you so much for your support and we will 100% be recommending you to everyone we know.

We needed much guidance and Neil was brilliant with communicating everything with us and helping achieve the final sale. 5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I am just sold a house through Latham Estates, I just wanted to share my experience . Debbie and the team ( special mention to Aimee ) are really great. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress and the team contacted the solicitors in the chain as well as buyers and sellers , which was great and meant information was always accurate and timely . I would highly recommend using the services of Latham Estates if you expect great service and helpful people.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

The whole process from start to finish was super smooth, communication was seamless and she really went above and beyond for us. We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.

My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend this company for any house moving needs. Thanks so much Alex- This agent doesn't have any reviews
