25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Buyers & Sellers beware… arranged a valuation on my deceased parents property, no chain, no mortgage. Seemed only too helpful to make an appointment for valuation, then less than 24 hours later appointment was cancelled because of an availability issue. Doesn’t bode well before we even have an agreement in place, where is the trust and commitment, where is the professionalism and customer comes first attitude… think I will have to give them a swerve.

28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did! Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.

My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing.
