28th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did! Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

From the initial phone call to completion her communication was excellent always making sure we were fully informed and updated! She managed to squeeze us in for a viewing after quite an unplanned phone call and we fell in love with the house. 19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

Initially we listened to Tom somewhat tongue in cheek due to our previous experience however, from the minute Tom talked the talk, he & CW walked the talk. Their communication, commitment & focus on us was exceptional. My wife & I spent many years in very senior sales positions, we knew what we wanted by our own standards & CW exceeded these. CW delivered on every level; can't praise them enough & we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this company. Thanks to all at CW, incredible experience.
