Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.
21st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

As we have been 200miles remote from our property let it has been very reassuring to know that someone local is keeping in good touch with our tenants, and helping us quickly find reliable workers to manage the maintenance issues that come up from time-to-time. Communication with them has been excellent and they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Very dissapointed with Leaders Estate<br>agents in Crewe.<br>Viewed a property, made an offer. Offer was accepted then I was informed I had to pay a £96.00. Fee for a credit check on myself<br>(Not told about this until the offer was accepted so much for no hidden extras.)<br>Had a phone call today to say the vendor had pulled out of the sale, I feel I have been ripped off as they will not refund the fee I have paid, has anyone else had a similar experience. I am considering taking this through the small claims court so any other thoughts would be appreciated

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We were looking for a good home to move to Crewe, we walked into butters john bee and we saw Mr Cameron Rose, he explained us about the best areas where we can get a home with respect to commuting, accessibility and value for the price...<br><br>He himself came with us for 4-5 different properties and helped us view it with every detail so we could get the best property for us...<br><br>His experience in this field is vast and I would really recommend anyone looking to rent or buy a house to approach Mr Cameron Rose at butters john bee and im very sure that you would get the best advice that would help you based on your needs.

10th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. From day one, the whole team were honest, open, and professional, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>They sold my property within just one week of it going on the market, which exceeded my expectations. They also provided invaluable support with my onward purchase, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Tom, who carried out the valuation and facilitated a viewing on a prospective property, was incredibly professional while remaining approachable and down to earth. Lisa was exceptional throughout the sale process, expertly handling several difficult situations and always keeping me informed. Her commitment was outstanding even while on annual leave, she took the time to contact me to check everything was going well. That level of care and dedication went far beyond what I ever expected.<br><br>When Lisa was away, Fran stepped in and was absolutely fantastic.
