Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????
14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. They found a buyer quickly and took the pain out of what could have been a very trying experience. They were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely grateful to them. I would recommend Choices to anyone wishing to sell their property.

The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. 16th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team. I particularly want to call out Kyle, who took a hands-on role right from the offer stage and continued to look after us once the sale had gone through. He followed up after completion to check everything was okay, which meant a lot. It felt like a very personal, reassuring service. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for helping us secure our first ever home!
