We are very grateful for their on-going support for or school community.
18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
16th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)After getting 3 agents round who all said pretty much the same thing we decided to go with the professional ism of Fisk Harriet was pleasant and new her stuff she was always in touch, we had viewings within a couple of days and managed to sell the house in 3 weeks to the first viewers I would recommend Fist
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We bought a house in Leyton with Allen and Davies. Our main point of contact was Vivien - she was amazing. It is very rare to come across kind, helpful and good at their job estate agents(!) - but she was very much this. She made the process so much easier from start to finish and we felt in safe hands. She was really good at communicating and keeping us abreast of developments. Honest, fair and reliable. We worked a bit with Tony too and he was great. Overall we highly recommend Allen and Davies - they were transparent, helpful, and the best estate agent we have worked with to date.

19th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.
28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 3rd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks

9th Jan 2026 (26 weeks ago)I am disgusted by the way [Cranbrook letting Ltd] treats people. We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."
20th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I tried to use Samuel King to sell my property in 2024-25 with no success. I found Stephen to be a significant blocker, with little by way of feedback and what often sounded like fictitious viewings. There were no offers and he was evasive on the phone. Eventually, after 6 months, I snapped and asked Samuel King to delist the property. I had no idea what was going on in Stephen’s life, but he was a state - shirt untucked, food stains down the front - and an overall mess. He appeared the very opposite of professional and if you’d have told me he’s living at the Canning Town office I’d have believed you.<br><br>I switched agents to Purple Bricks and the property sold at the same price listed with Samuel King in 6 weeks. Make of that what you will.<br><br>I later passed Stephen in the street near the SK office and he looked much the same. I had thought that using a local agent would be a good idea, but my experience was anything but. There’s a reason why this office is living mainly on old reviews and is the lowest rated estate agent on Google in the area. I have no skin in the game anymore, my property is gone, but I still felt I should leave this review as a cautionary tale for anyone else thinking of using Samuel King.

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays. However, Waqas always stayed on top of everything from start to finish.<br><br>He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There was times I know I was definitely his most demanding customers but he always remained patient and professional with us.<br><br>Highly recommended and genuinely the hardest working estate agent I’ve used.
