While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.
8th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. 16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)RUN AWAY from this agency. I had a deeply disappointing experience dealing with Mr. William Delaney, Anne Hughes, and Coopers of London during a serious disrepair issue involving leaks, water damage, lack of hot water, and pest concerns. Communication was consistently confrontational, dismissive, and completely lacking professionalism. Rather than addressing urgent tenant concerns constructively, Mr. Delaney repeatedly minimized issues and adopted a hostile tone in written correspondence. We documented everything carefully with photographs, videos, and emails, which were later escalated. Instead of resolving the issues, the agency argued technicalities and unreasonable terms. We endured over 3 months of disruptive construction works while still being charged full rent, despite parts of the property — including the bathroom — being unusable. We were simply told to use a nearby gym bathroom, which was unacceptable. There were also repeated access attempts without proper consent or coordination, creating significant stress and disruption. During COVID, as an asthmatic tenant trying to avoid unnecessary exposure, I requested viewings take place in our presence and provided multiple alternative time slots. Instead of handling this respectfully, William insulted us and my medical concerns were qualified as “spurious.” He went ahead to the viewing without our consent. As tenants, we remained cooperative and repeatedly tried to accommodate access and repairs. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency, and I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through Coopers of London. 30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)We honestly cannot thank Gaurav enough for everything he did to help us through our house move. From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. 18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
