However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and guided me through the mortgage application from start to finish. His advice and expertise made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable.<br><br>I really appreciated Adam’s excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help whenever I needed assistance. I felt that he genuinely cared about finding the right mortgage solution for me.<br><br>I would highly recommend Adam Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional mortgage consultant. 22nd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

He was professional, super helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and we really felt looked after - an estate agent with our interests at heart. Although we didn’t find anything through Foxtons on this occasion, I would highly recommend using De’Andre!

I honestly don’t think I would have been able to complete the purchase without their support and guidance.<br><br>They helped me every step of the way, always making sure I understood what was needed and supporting me whenever I had questions or concerns. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made such a huge difference throughout the entire process.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to help me finally buy my home. Thank you so much for all your hard work and support
9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

24th Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Our experience with Chase Evans has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. As tenants, we have experienced consistently poor communication and an unacceptable standard of professionalism in the way our concerns and issues have been handled.<br><br>Whenever we have tried to contact them, they have repeatedly avoided speaking to us directly, dodged our calls, told us they would call us back, and then failed to do so. We are left chasing them for updates and following up on issues that they themselves have said they would deal with.<br><br>What is particularly frustrating is that they respond to complaints with emails apologising, acknowledging our concerns and stating that they will take our complaints seriously, keep us updated and move matters forward, only for nothing to actually happen afterwards.<br><br>There has been a clear lack of efficiency, organisation, accountability and professionalism throughout our move-in process. Issues have been poorly communicated between different parties, appointments have been missed, and we have had to repeatedly chase for basic updates and repairs.<br><br>I also fully expect the response to this review to be another performative apology asking us to contact customer service. We are far beyond that point. We have already raised our concerns repeatedly, spoken to the relevant people, emailed, followed up and given them more than enough opportunities to resolve these issues. Despite this, they continue to do very little.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward move has instead been an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. As tenants, we should not have to constantly chase a letting agent to communicate with us or follow through on what they have promised.<br><br>Based on our experience so far, I would not recommend Chase Evans. The standard of communication, professionalism and treatment of us as tenants has been extremely disappointing.

From our very first meeting through to the successful completion of our sale, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise and commitment.<br>The marketing of our property was first-class, communication was always prompt and transparent, and we felt supported every step of the way. What truly set Alexander Rose apart was their dedication when our sale became particularly challenging. Rather than simply focusing on their own part of the process, the team proactively worked with and supported our sellers agent to help keep the transaction moving forward.<br>Their persistence, local knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. Selling a home can be stressful, but Alexander Rose provided reassurance and expert guidance throughout. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
