I’d always heard that some estate agents can be quite pushy and are more focused on making a sale than looking after their clients.<br><br>From the moment I met Patrick, though, I immediately felt at ease. He came across as genuinely warm, kind and trustworthy, and I knew he was the right person to help me sell my home.<br><br>From start to finish, the experience with Lloyds Estates has been exceptional. At no point did I ever feel like just another customer, I felt like a friend. Patrick, Sam and the entire team always had my best interests at heart, and that was evident in everything they did.<br><br>They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way, offering honest advice, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me. Their communication and dedication was outstanding, and they guided me through every stage with professionalism, care and genuine compassion.<br><br>What really sets Lloyds Estates apart is that they clearly love what they do and it isn’t all about making a sale. You can see how much they care about helping people sell their homes or find them a home and making what can often be a stressful process feel enjoyable and reassuring.<br><br>In fact, I’m almost sad that my sale has completed because I’ll miss speaking to Patrick and Sam so regularly! 25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

From viewing the apartment to moving out, the team has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.<br><br>Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded promptly and were always happy to help. Their communication by email is excellent, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing there was a team that genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and at home, even as a tenant.<br><br>Having lived in London for over a decade, I can honestly say this level of service is rare. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Aimee and the team at Stirling Ackroyd achieved the full target price in a very challenging market, but what really impressed me was the rest of their exceptional service.<br>They handled complexities arising from divorce and cancer with compassion and sensitivity, making a difficult time as easy as possible.<br>In addition to making the sale, Aimee's professional advice on buying elsewhere was invaluable and saved me more than their very reasonable commission.<br>Their genuine desire to achieve a good outcome for everybody involved shone throughout the process and makes them unique in my experience. If other estate agents were half as good the industry would have a very different reputation.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

They were with me ever step of the way and always knowledgeable and responsive. We overcame a conveyancing blip together that could have cost me a lot of money. It was a pleasure to work with them on my sale.
