From my first meeting with Lewis Hunter and my early contact with Suzie Steenkamp, I felt completely at ease and confident moving forward. A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer. A huge thank you to the whole Neilson’s team for making the experience smooth, supportive, and successful.

During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. Five stars for Caron.

Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. From the start he felt like the right fit for us, easy to chat to and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to understand what the place meant to us and personally guided us through everything without it ever feeling stressful. When it came to offers his advice was spot on and definitely helped us get the result we wanted. Throughout the whole process, it never felt like things were happening to us, we always felt part of it and in control. 14th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were moving from Glasgow to Airdrie and came across Arrowhead estate agents as they were selling our new house.We were instantly impressed with Gavin on our first viewing and asked him if he would sell our old house aswell, It was the best decision we could have made.<br>The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
