They used a mix of Telephone and email which was perfect for a busy person like myself. Valuation was accurate and there was plenty footfall in the property to see it go under offer. Great value for money and would recommend.

When we viewed the flat, it looked absolutely stunning, and Zoe showed us around and made us feel very welcome. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to reply to emails throughout the entire renting process. Her communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. The buyer was found and an initial deal was concluded within the first few days so their network targeted the right people.
