9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Anthony Webb is a great estate agent to deal with. They have been unbelievably helpful with selling our home and we have also bought a property through them. The whole team is helpful and friendly and Martin McKelvey in particular has been a great asset to us.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)The place to go if you’re selling in N11!
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I have had the pleasure of using William H Brown both to buy and sell with, recently Rocco, Dan and the team sold the marital home, professional and honest opinions and the sale was completed within a short time. I highly recommend them.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently completed on our purchase with William H Brown and we were both really happy with the service we received. We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!
27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)I would recommend the Kirby Colletti team. Freddy, Michael and Nino did a great job with my recent house sale and purchase and I felt supported and informed at every stage of the process.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Have used these guys before, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service.
Good doing business with them.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.
6th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Overall very good
22nd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I cannot recommend this company more, especially Marina. From my first call in to me being accepted for a flat she has been extremely helpful. This is my first time renting, I didn’t expect the process to be so simple. (Thanks to Marina!) Marina was available out of hours, that was very helpful. I am really happy with the service Marina & Jimmy provided. Can’t recommend them enough. :)
2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a rental property in the Hoddesdon area and from start to finish to process has been nothing but plain sailing. I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Bought my flat via Keith Ian, 28 years ago, sold today. Thanks for getting this over the line. Great work. ??????
28th Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After struggling to sell my house I stumbled upon Big Black Hen. I decided to call them for an initial chat. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I can’t recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Jesse has been great with managing our rental agreement
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Westley and Morgan Alexander from start to finish. Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.

When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.

What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.

We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

Oliver & Akers - London Colney
Tyttenhanger House, Coursers Road, St Albans, Herts, AL4 0PG(102 reviews)
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property with Oliver &Akers Estate and could not be happier with Wendy's support throughout the process. She was communicative throughout which made the buying process go smoothly
12th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have dealt with Jacob at Westwood keener and he’s great from start to finish. Communications is never an issue. Thank you
21st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)From start to finish Oliver was my main point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help throughout the process! Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We have just bought through Shepherds in Hoddesdon and found the process positive. Ava was our main contact and kept us updated throughout and helpful. Thank you to the team at Shepherds Hoddesdon for helping us find our dream home.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in and around Ware.
Viewings we're largely handled by Bailey who was very helpful responsive and infectiously positive throughout the marketing process.
Once we had a buyer in place, Rikki co-ordinated with the various parties, kept things ticking over, but his biggest strength was when difficulties arose, he was a calm head, knew who and how to push to ensure the sale (and purchase) got over the line.
Very Happy with the service from everyone at Elliot Heath.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
Peter Cuffaro Estate Agents - Hertfordshire
19 High Street, Stanstead Abbotts, Herts, SG12 8AA(92 reviews)
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)A quick message in support of Peter Cuffaro and his team. I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.
