2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.

She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. He kept us well informed at every stage, and when our chain hit repeated delays outside his control, he chased hard to get us answers others couldn’t. Highly recommend.

8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)The team here really doesn’t seem to care about tenants. They often do not reply to emails or requests for help. They also send the cheapest contractors possible to run checks or (if you’ve asked a few times) fix things, and they only give a 12 hour window where a contractor “might” come. If you’re gone that day, and give ample notice that you will not be in, they won’t respond to your emails, and some poor contractor will call you at 9:30pm in the rain asking where you are.<br><br>I’m unsure if it’s inexperience or the state of renting in London. We love our flat, and our landlord seems kind, our biggest thorn is working with this agency.

We've bought our property, and sold our previous property through them and in both instances everyone at Chas R Lowe were helpfull, professional and very patient.<br><br>You can expect clear communication, availability, and the benefit of their experience and advice at every step of the process. If we ever need to move for whatever reason, we'd be really keen on using them again in the future.

30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
