The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. 19th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

He has great knowledge of the area and surrounding areas and his advice was helpful in us making the right decisions.<br>He advised on my sale as well as my daughter and son in law’s sale and we could not have been happier with the advice we were given. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. 17th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.
