We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. Despite providing all the required documents and being told at every stage of the process that 'everything was going well,' our rental application was rejected without any valid reason. Instead of managing the process transparently, they likely prioritized another client they deemed more advantageous, leaving us hanging. We encountered an approach that was far from professional, devoid of basic human decency, and discriminatory. They didn't even have the courtesy to provide feedback regarding the reason for the rejection. I want others to be aware of this dismissive attitude toward our plans and expectations. I recommend being very cautious with this agency to avoid a similar experience."

6th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
