She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Communication was especially prompt and excellent in tandem with their knowledge of the local market. Most importantly as a seller, a very suitable buyer was promptly secured within a fortnight of the property being advertised thanks to their efforts. Thanks to Simon and the team, I would both recommend them to others and utilise their services again in the future if need be.

I knew from reviews that they would deliver an excellent service and I can now say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Within the first day of contacting Elevate, Joanne and her team had arranged the photographer and contacted the surveyor. By that evening, I had received a detailed timeline and overview of the process. Communication has been fantastic and the team have been so supportive and informative, which was really helpful especially as a first-time seller. My property sold within the week of going live! Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
