22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Recent sale of a house in Charlbury. Ted George took care of everything and were always very responsive to any questions or clarifications needed. The house sold close to the amount they suggested and in the expected timeframe.<br><br>They took care of all viewings and provided timely feedback after each one.<br><br>They also recommended a conveyancing firm who were excellent as well.

Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. Geordie was proactive during the whole process and we would definitely recommend him as an excellent estate agent.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)From the moment we met Lucia at the little cottage in Windrush we knew we were in safe hands. We offered on the property there and then and I remember it was late in the day on a Friday afternoon. Lucia couldn’t have been happier to answer any questions during the whole process from viewing to exchange.<br>She kept us informed and copied in to every email during sales progression and was professional and kind at all times. Second viewing with Finley, just as professional and then he dealt with our offers and helped us secure a mutually agreeable price - we are over the moon.
