Clare showed us the house in the first instance - she was absolutely brilliant, answers to every question, local knowledge invaluable and generally a really professional viewing. Second viewing with Finley, just as professional and then he dealt with our offers and helped us secure a mutually agreeable price - we are over the moon.

11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Diana found using Ted George extremely useful because they are local to the property being sold. This meant they were always on hand to deal with viewings and issues arising immediately. The majority of contact was with Rob, however the whole team were very courteous, knowledgeable and responded to communications promptly. Would certainly recommend Ted George and would use them again.

Throughout the process they have been very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, informative and exceptionally helpful. They were our go to for anything we wanted to know and kept us regularly informed on how the whole chain was doing. Without their expertise, we are sure it would have taken a lot longer for our purchase to complete. They offered us help with names of local removal companies and catteries - nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend this most professional of Estate Agents if you are looking to buy it sell in this area, they are superb.

Communication was consistently clear and responsive, which made a real difference. They were also incredibly helpful in recommending reliable local contractors when needed, which saved time and gave extra peace of mind. Lucia was always on hand to answer questions, provide real updates, and offer support at each stage. The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent. Overall, a professional, supportive, and well-organised team. In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly. The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers. On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!!
