26th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.
2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant.
