He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

The very kindly contacted the person in question, who in turn contacted me back. They didn't need to help, but they did so and I'm very grateful for that.

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We have been dealing with Bourne’s since 2014. Initially selling a property for us and finding a rental property for us to purchase. Since then we have recommended their services to family and friends and have continued to work with them over the last 11 years. Also recently we have purchased 3 rental properties through Bourne, they ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully- 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house which was achieved with the amazing hard work of the staff of Curchods in West Byfleet. After a number of false starts and a considerable period of time as a result of bad luck along the way the transaction has finally exchanged today. Thomas Hill has been exceptional. Unfailingly polite and “on it” keeping me regularly informed and assisting in any way possible if asked. I hope I won’t be moving again but would highly recommend Curchods.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!

Ryan and his team have been great from the very beginning and are always super helpful and friendly whenever we chat with them. Our renting experience has been stress-free and straight forward, and I would definitely recommend cobbles to anyone!

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

Right from Justin's first visit, and Mark and Millie's support and great communications. Mark is especially calm which is what you need when selling a property. Thank you guys!
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a 0-star rating were possible, this is what they would deserve. Our experience with Chancellors in Woking has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important information changed over time, and emails or concerns were often ignored or answered very late. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates. The property had multiple issues reported during our tenancy, including mould, problems with the check-in inventory report, and not being provided with all the necessary keys — notably the bin area key. We had to chase the agency for two months to receive it, meanwhile walking 10 minutes each time to dispose of rubbish and asking the concierge for temporary access to the separate garbage door. There were also various general maintenance issues that required attention. Despite being clearly communicated, these problems were not handled properly or in a timely manner. The agency was disorganised and unclear, adding unnecessary stress during both move-in and move-out. There were several property managers that changed so many times over 7 months period. The most unacceptable part was the checkout process. We vacated the property on 01/02/2026, handed over the keys, and left the house in good condition. However, the checkout inventory inspection was scheduled almost two weeks later, which is completely unreasonable. Any inspection carried out so long after the property was returned cannot fairly reflect its condition at the time of checkout and puts tenants at an unfair disadvantage. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor organisation, and disregard for tenants’ concerns made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully if they choose to rent through them.

He explained every step of the process and guided me throughout which was a real help being a first time investor. What struck me the most was his attentiveness and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a first class broker.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The reviews speak for themselves! We’ve recently purchased a house from them and genuinely can’t recommend them enough…if I could give more than 5 stars I would! We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). She is the reason we now have a house! Her communication was excellent, she is transparent, friendly and very trustworthy. I will only use RJ in future! Thank you Hetti! I would also highly recommend using their suggestions for solicitors and mortgage broker, both of which were excellent.
