28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I have been with Hamptons for over six years now working alongside them in a professional capacity as my management company for my property portfolio, and I cannot fault my property managers or the Lettings department on any level. Hamptons go above and beyond, they have exceeded my expectations each year we continue our working relationship. I would without hesitation most definitely recommend Hamptons to all my friends and family.

His valuation was accurate and the marketing information for the property was comprehensive. Sandra in the sales aftercare team kept us up to date and pursued solicitors when necessary, providing us with background information on the process. All in all we were really pleased with the Stirling Ackroyd team and their friendly and efficient service.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We have been dealing with Bourne’s since 2014. Initially selling a property for us and finding a rental property for us to purchase. Since then we have recommended their services to family and friends and have continued to work with them over the last 11 years. Also recently we have purchased 3 rental properties through Bourne, they ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend.
26th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Right from Justin's first visit, and Mark and Millie's support and great communications. Mark is especially calm which is what you need when selling a property. Thank you guys!
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.- 9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a 0-star rating were possible, this is what they would deserve. Our experience with Chancellors in Woking has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important information changed over time, and emails or concerns were often ignored or answered very late. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates. The property had multiple issues reported during our tenancy, including mould, problems with the check-in inventory report, and not being provided with all the necessary keys — notably the bin area key. We had to chase the agency for two months to receive it, meanwhile walking 10 minutes each time to dispose of rubbish and asking the concierge for temporary access to the separate garbage door. There were also various general maintenance issues that required attention. Despite being clearly communicated, these problems were not handled properly or in a timely manner. The agency was disorganised and unclear, adding unnecessary stress during both move-in and move-out. There were several property managers that changed so many times over 7 months period. The most unacceptable part was the checkout process. We vacated the property on 01/02/2026, handed over the keys, and left the house in good condition. However, the checkout inventory inspection was scheduled almost two weeks later, which is completely unreasonable. Any inspection carried out so long after the property was returned cannot fairly reflect its condition at the time of checkout and puts tenants at an unfair disadvantage. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor organisation, and disregard for tenants’ concerns made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully if they choose to rent through them.

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
