22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Since placing our house back onto the market 4 months ago, the whole buying/selling process with WPR has been brilliant and fairly stress free. Polly and colleagues from the Alton branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and most of all reassuring. Susy Brooks who progressed our sale and purchase kept us uptodate at all times with no need for us to chase at any point and nothing was too much trouble. What can be a very stressful process was made so much easier by the way in which we were looked after by the WPR team.<br><br>We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it!

He made everything so easy, and nothing was and still is not to much trouble. 14th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)We dealt with Knight Frank between January and May 2026, purchasing a house through them in the Winchester area. During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

1st Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team. I would only ever go to Charters as first port of call when it comes to selling my property. Well done on completing the sale and purchase for me, fabulous as always, and once again you never let me down!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

He was so helpful through the entire process, ensuring all actions were followed up, and keeping us updated at all times on the progress that it seemed like a no-brainer to return to them when it came time to sell the property. Ben and Simon came with the same enthusiasm, care, and attention that we remembered, helping to remove a lot of the stress usually associated with a house move. Because of that, we'd easily recommend Randalls to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.
